A non-profit fund to help team members of WinnCompanies cope with disasters and unexpected hardships.


After many months of legal and organizational work, the Winn Employee Relief Fund has been deemed a 501(c)(3) charity. All contributions to the Fund are tax deductible. Grants made by the Fund are not considered taxable income.  


The Winn Employee Relief Fund exists to help team members of WinnCompanies cope with unexpected hardships that place undue financial stress on the team member and his or her family.


This February, WinnCompanies Employee Relief Fund was proudly launched to support team members facing unexpected financial hardships. We are now in unprecedented times. The COVID-19 virus has disrupted our lives and has the potential to cause hardship for many team members. While we would like provide assistance to all, the Fund is still new and does not have sufficient funds to support all who may be impacted by COVID-19.  We regret that we will not be able to support relief requests related to the COVID-19 crisis. The Winn Employee Relief Fund will continue to operate and review other requests for support.
